Our sponsor, LAMF SPAC Holdings I LLC (the “sponsor”), is affiliated with LAMF, a multifaceted media and entertainment company which was founded in 2012 and based in Los Angeles, California. LAMF’s primary business is investing in and producing feature films, television series and documentary projects as well as live events. LAMF’s investment focus has traditionally been on independent content opportunities. LAMF has concluded transactions with Netflix, Inc. (“Netflix”), Hulu, LLC (“Hulu”)/ the Walt Disney Company (“Disney”), Warner Media, LLC / HBO, Facebook Watch, Fox Corporation, Lions Gate Entertainment, Discovery, STX Entertainment, Neon, Saban Films and Magnolia Pictures.
